Tim studied in the UK, at the Universities of Leicester (BSc), Oxford (MA Theology) and Glasgow (PhD Divinity). He teaches at Carey Baptist College and the University of Auckland. Previously he taught at the Facultés protestantes au Zaïre where he was Head of Department for Old Testament Studies and later Vice-recteur. He has been visiting lecturer at the University of Sheffield, UK; Faculté de theologie reformée au Kasai, Congo and Scottish Baptist College. Tim's research interests include the poetics of prophetic texts and, for the last 6 years, the hypermedia commentary project reported here. A fuller academic CV and a brief biography are available.
